We use this information to read your request and to contact you about that request. That is a legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started. Optional marketing is only used if you tick that box.

Where it is kept

Requests are stored on the website server so we can read them and reply. You can also write to info@valleycarpentryltd.co.uk.

How long

We keep a request long enough to answer it and to deal with any follow-up about that job. We do not need it indefinitely.

Your rights
